DAILY CHALLENGES
Resilience Challenge
The daily resilience challenge will consist of a series of strength, conditioning, speed, agility and endurance physical events designed specifically to build mental toughness and grit.
Athletic Challenge
There will be athletic challenges designed specifically to enhance focus, communication, teamwork and competitive effort. Activities will include ultimate frisbee, football, track and field, soccer, swimming, baseball/softball and paintball (optional).
Leadership Challenge
Each training day will conclude with a leadership challenge event specifically designed to improve critical thinking, communication, decision making and grit. Each challenge is designed to maximize experience with thinking and executing under pressure and duress.
Peer Challenge
Each day during lunch we will execute a specific exercise to enhance our ability to build and sustain relationships. Leadership is relationships. Learning to build relationships with those you don’t know takes courage and skill. We will exercise both.

Pinnacle Leadership uses these same activities and techniques to train Olympic, Professional, and Collegiate athletes and coaches to improve their performance. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do participants need to bring a lunch to camp?
A: Yes, bring a sack lunch, snack and water jug daily
Q: What will you do in the case of inclement weather?
A: All activities will be moved inside temporarily until outdoor training can resume safely.
Q: If I am running late for drop off or pick up, will a staff member help facilitate late link up?
A: Yes, all participants will be supervised until picked up.
Eligibility / Physicals / Insurance
- Camp is open to any and all participants ages 11-18+, pre-college.
- No physical examination required, but campers should arrive in good physical condition.
- Each camper must have a parental consent form on file, completed at the time of initial online registration.
- Parent/guardian must provide primary insurance for their camper to be fully covered.
What to Bring Every Day
- Lunch, snacks, water bottle
- Sweatshirt and sweatpants
- T-shirt and shorts
- Running shoes
- Cleats if you have them (Athletic events)
- Towel – possible swim daily
- Swimming activities will be done in training T-shirt/shorts.
- Please clearly label items for ease of tracking and returning if lost
